I AM ....
A friend gave us an option to choose any one of the three --Potato, Egg, Tea. The query was, "whom do you want to be in this world?" .Each one of us chose differently. The explanation given was astounding. This world is compared to the boiling water and the three objects represent, the you. When all these three objects are placed in a boiling water, the potato gets cooked and even breaks down. The egg gets cooked and remains hard withstanding the heat(shell acts a s a protective shield) .The tea, makes use of the boiling water, dissolves in it and gets transformed as a drink. World remains the same for everyone but it depends on purely as what we want to be. This is the major difference as how one learns to view the world with all its presentations, make use of it and be someone. Even with the best of situations, you may find the sulking and sad one. Surprisingly, even with the best of worst situations, you may still find the contended and complete one. Wherever we are right now, as a potato, egg or tea, once learning to connect well within, who knows we may become the tea for the world!

I offer pranama to krishna, who is an ocean of mercy, the friend of the distressed and the
source of all creation. He is the master of the gopas and the lover of the gopas headed by

Don't eat or sleep too much, and be regulated in working and recreation, otherwise you will
not be able to attain that rare yoga wherein a soul meets his Creator. In this general knowledge,
He has given the knowledge that we are not these bodies. Be detached from the desires of the
body and don't act for them.

Those who are wise despair neither for the living or the dead. Everyone will die, and those that
don't go today will go tomorrow or the next day. Don't cry or worry for them, because inside the body is the soul.

Krishna says here that if one simply offers Him a leaf, a flower, some fruit, or water with love, He will accept it. Whatever is offered with love He will accept. In a devotee's heart there should
always be this love that creates hunger in Krishna.

"'By taking harinama You will attain Your ultimate good. Besides this there is no other way, no
other way, no other way.'" Saying it once was not enough-he said it three times. Why? To make
our firm faith arise in harinama: "Definitely you will receive your highest good fortune by this!"
If He had not said it like this, would we have any faith in harinama? Besides harinama there is
no other way to attain happiness and peace of mind and cross over the ocean of material existence.
To make faith arise in the hearts of the jivas, Mahaprabhu has given this verse.
Suppose a man is sleeping. How will you awaken him? By calling him: "Hey, get up!" Similarly,
loudly singing nama-sankirtana acts as a mother who awakens the jiva who is deeply asleep in the night of illusion. And in Kali-yuga, the best of all harin.ma is the mah.-mantra: "Hare Krishn a,Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare; Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare."
